I used Ken for the first time yesterday. He floated 4 of my horses. One of the horses ( and the main reason I called him) is 36 years old and despises having his mouth touched. I had a vet from Keswick Equine to sedate if needed. My horse allowed Ken to work on him without sedation. None of the horses required sedation as Ken was extremely patient and competent. His demeanor is gentle and professional and I highly recommend him.
