DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Christina put our house in default and didn't pay HOA fees for 14 months. When we found out it was at a collection agency. She claimed to have no knowledge of the mortgage not being paid because she had it set up for auto payments and they stopped without notifying her. Bank of America informed us this was not true and provided a record of how she'd paid in different ways every month. She claimed the same thing about the HOA yet they provided info she knew it was in collections and paid a minimum amount to keep it from going on our credit report. She had apologized and told us she'd refund the money for the 14 months she neglected our property. After waiting over 6 months for her to refund us she told us she couldn't afford it and offered payments.... After over a year of this going back and fourth this is ridiculous. We went through bbb and she has made us out to be the bad people even though we have all the proof. She ruined my husbands credit, caused us to sell our home, and still take no blame. She claimed it was because our account was always negative yet all the reports she gave us show us in the positive, our tenant was also on HUD and Christina was getting the money directly deposited every 1st, 15 days before our mortgage is considered late. Everything she's said is a lie that we have proof of. Without her cooperation we will be working with the realtors board and possibly getting criminal charges if we can.
