I was told my bathroom remodel would take 5-7 days. Today was day #7. The worker calculated it would take at least 5 more days. I asked if that was normal and he said "yes". Why was I told 5-7 days? There have been two workers each day except today. One worker was pulled for a different job. The start date for this project was changed because it was RAINING! How does rain effect the ability to work on a bathroom? I told the owners that I wanted them to start work that day as I was told. They couldn't because they sent their crew out to a different job. Apparently, they can work in the rain somewhere else. I called multiple times to have the owner pull flooring and countertop samples, but was put off for two-three weeks. Each time they said it would be ready in a couple of days. This company is bad at communicating. They are poor at scheduling and do not care how long they drag out the process. They had the deposit money for two and half months before they began work. There is no motivation to get started when you have money up front. The sad thing is that this bathroom remodel is being done to make it handicap accessible. My father is the one who suffers while waiting. I DO NOT recommend this company. I will go through Lowes or Home Depot for future renovations.
