After the reasonable initial quote of $1600 was given for a 6 foot set of precast stairs with railings I called to place a deposit. I was told the stairs would be casted and installed in three weeks. Two weeks go by and I call (on three different days to finally talk to someone) and they say they have not made the stairs yet and cannot give a date. At this point I gave the a little leeway and finding help is very difficult at the moment. Another week and I call again, no answer, multiple voicemails left, nothing. Over 6 weeks into this, still not returning my calls, but holding on to my money, my contractor is able to get a hold of them and schedules a date for the delivery (over 4 weeks after I was told they would be installed). Gets better. They didn't show up. And no one called me. When I, once again, called them, I was told they got busy. There I was sitting at home, all day, waiting for them, and was not even given a heads up that they were not coming. I reschedule. They arrive that day (late of course), and the installer breaks the stairs while putting them in. He told me he didn't really do stairs often and the guy who usually did them was out. A week goes by and I HAVE TO CALL THEM, to discuss our next steps. No apology of course. They said they would fit me in when they could. I had to call back several times again to get a date. Finally the stairs go in, well over two months late. Still no apology. I didn't write this review originally because they did not ask for the final payment. Anyway, fast forward 4 months, they call looking for the rest of their money! I assumed it was written off because they knew how negative the experience was. I reviewed the events again with them, and they said they wanted the money anyway. So I paid them, and now I'm here to warn you to stay away from this company. The product is fine, prices are fine, but getting it was a nightmare. Absolutely zero customer service, and if something goes wrong they will not go out of they way to correct it. Please find a different company. They don't care about their customers.
