We specialize in thinly sliced steak, marinated to perfection, weaved onto skewers that are grilled onsite.

Types of events we can be found at are private parties, Minnesota county fairs, different city festivals, music festivals, car shows, and other events that offer outdoor food vendors. Our booth has a professional look and our food is unique, not to mention extremely delicious. We have been told our sticks are the best fair food ever to come out. We also offer homemade limeade.
