I gave at least 2 stars for the 2 providers we saw because they seemed like they know what they are doing, however, the front desk doesn't. I called one morning to ask about cancelling the afternoon appt. because we had something else come up. I was told we would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. So I said no, we will just keep the appt. today then. When I arrive to the office for the appt. the front desk tells me we don't have one. After I called, they cancelled it. I had follow up appt. on a Thursday afternoon for my other child to get his medication. I called the morning of to let them know he was out of his medicine & that we would need a RX when we left the office from our afternoon appt. I had to leave 2 VM & call back. After speaking w/someone, whom wasn't a front desk person I was told there wouldn't be any issue bc they E-scribe the RX to the pharmacy. At the appt. I re-informed them we were out of meds & needed it sent to the pharmacy today. This time she says Dr. Samuels has to sign & send it over so she couldn't guarantee a time but she would let them know & for me to call the nurse on call if nothing by that evening. Still nothing sent over on Thurs. The following day, Friday they're closed. So I spoke w/the provider on call. She did not see where the script was sent over but she would send it to Dr. Samuels again. 4 days have gone by & 2 of them my child has not been able to have their medication. Shows how professional & caring this Dr. is about his patients.
