RUN THE OTHER WAY, FAST! If you find that Seacoast Builders has anything to do with the construction or build-out OR if you are even mildly considering contracting with Seacoast, do yourself a big favor and DON'T.... FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. Mike O'Connor is a sweet talker and a charmer but don't let yourself be fooled. He is more interested in finishing a job to collect the money than in the quality of the work or your satisfaction. It is surprising that he has been in business for 8 years. Projects are poorly planned, ill equipped, disorganized and unsupervised. He and his daughter, Kathleen, make promised they don't keep, are unreliable and are untrustworthy. The crews are inexperienced, mostly untrained and demonstrate little pride in their work or ability to complete the tasks to be done as agreed. Don't expect O'Connor to take responsibility for the poor quality or anything either.
