What a disaster. The flagpole arrived 2 weeks late. They never provided receipt or confirmation of the order. The flagpole hardware arrived in a garbage bag that was torn. We contacted Flagpoles Etc. to get a parts list to see if any part were missing due to the trash bag being torn. We also needed assembly instructions. We had questions like how to mount the top that is also the truck for the halyard, how to attach the snaps that hold the flag to the halyard ( rope ), where to mount the cleat as the flagpole was not predrilled, and why the supplied cleat was plastic when the webpage stated it was aluminum. Spending almost $900 it baffles me why they would substitute plastic that won’t hold up to the sun vs. metal. We tried calling 6 times, and using their website chat feature 8 times and have not received the needed information. Flagpoles Etc. had 6 complaints against it on the Better Business Bureau’s website. We contacted the BBB to see if they can help to resolve this. So far Flagpoles Etc. is dragging their heels. I never have experienced such inept customer service and lack of response after spending almost $900. Due to the substitution of metal for plastic parts, not supplying assembly instructions for the flagpole, or not giving us a parts list so we can see if we are missing parts, I can not recommend Flagpoles Etc.

This is without a doubt the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Nothing but empty promises on my installation. I was guaranteed a installation date that was very important due to other projects on the property. They didn't honor that guarantee. They gave me a new guaranteed installation date. They didn't honor that day either. They gave me a third guaranteed delivery date of today. Guess what no show!! No one ever called me, not once! UNBELIEVABLE! I called again they gave me another installation date. Every time I spoke with them they had the wrong installation address. They gave me nothing but excuses. This has been a nightmare with me always having to change projects with other vendors on my project. The service rep I spoke with today became rude with me because i was upset. i WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
