Overall the work they completed was decent, I would have given 4 out of 5 stars, however please watch out for their billing practices. The quote we were provided was for three man crew for eight hours, which we accepted. The problem is the crew was only onsite for 3 and a half hours however we were billed for the entire eight hours. When I spoke to TJ about this his statement was extremely unprofessional he said , I should have never told you the hourly rate and if you're happy with the work why does it matter how long it took? I have no issues with the original quote he gave us, I even told him had I known he was going to charge full price I would have given him eight hours worth of work. If you chose to go with Carolina Yardwork make sure you get everything in writing.
