We bought a house that crossman built in 95, there's not a straight wall in the place. Every dry wall joint is cracked. The slab in the kitchen is sinking. The wall that is 4' tall separates the kitchen from the living Room is leaning toward the kitchen. There is no cold air return in the house except for in the living Room. This is so loud that when you want to watch TV all you hear is the cold air return from the furnace. There is a fake cold air return in the master bedroom but it does nothing doesn't pull any air make any sound no breeze at all. So this causes the Rooms to not h eat unless the doors are open. The slab in the garage as so out of level a ball will roll out into the street if left unattended. There is no insulation in the attached garage. In the walls or the ceiling. The slab in the master bedroom is starting to separate from the walls on one side. We removed a light from the small bathroom to find bare wires behind where it was screwed into dry wall there is no Junction Box of any kind. The roof is so out of level and out of square that it is pathetic. We were digging in the yard and found a bunch of buried beer bottles, we can only guess as to who were drinking those while they were working on the house. I have seen people without any building experience do a better job than these guys did on this house I would not let them build a dog house for me.
