I would not recommend anyone purchase a home in the Round Hill development of Lake Point which is comprised of all homes built by Oak Hill Properties. First of all the builder agent is rude, condescending and insensitive to their customers wants/needs. When it comes to the construction itself, it is substandard at best. And they are unbending when it comes to correcting issues if they happen. (And they will happen!) In my opinion they have lost the fact that without satisfied customers they have nothing. The only reason homes are selling in that development at the rate they currently are is the price-point and the location. Be very careful if venturing into a relationship with this builder/agent. It would be a big mistake to entrust such a large investment to this entity.
