Plamen Entchev
A neighbor of mine told me about Paul because he had done their main line and they were very pleased and he charged very reasonably. I called and arranged for him to come in a few days. He replaced my water main line without cutting my driveway. He charged me $1250 while other companies wanted $2500+ and were going to cut my driveway. I would definitely recommend Paul aka Plamen - he does a wonderful job!
