When contracted to do the resurfacing of our master shower, I never expect a worker to be snooping and pilfering through my personal belongings. The contracted worker was caught standing in my closet with a 15 pane class door and had gone through jewelry in containers on my dresser. Clearly looking for certain items. Later finding items missing and pills taken from the bathroom. even though the work is great, your belongings are at risk. When speaking with the owner, he was concerned about the situation, yet when items had finally been discovered, no return call or text. Sad! Customer service is clearly lacking.
