We believe that support combined with education is what it takes to make a lifestyle change permanent. We offer a variety of class times Monday through Friday to fit your schedule. We operate in different locations throughout Indianapolis and its surrounding counties (Plainfield, Carmel, Noblesville, & Peru). Our committed staff consists of registered dietitians, exercise science and health promotion specialists. We work with some of the most well-respected physicians in the area including Endocrinologist Dr. Dawn Ayers and Family Practice MD Dr. Michael Mull.
