I had Hakes Custom Tile tile my bathroom floor as well as design and tile my kitchen for me. I looked into using other companies, but they were way overpriced and did not want to listen to what I wanted, nor did they help me pick out a matching grout. When I called Hakes Custom Tile, I spoke to Nick Hakes directly and scheduled an estimate. He was extremely helpful and he actually listened to my concerns. He helped me find the tile, with the colors and textures I wanted, and helped find a matching grout, and it cost me about 1/2 of the price. The installation went so smoothly. They worked around my family's schedule, were very organized, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of everyday. The final result was beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out and I would definately use them again..
