I called Bug Free Pest Control in February 2013 for help exterminating a mass of ants in my home. John was knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. Bill, the tech, arrived on time for the established appointment and was knowledgeable, informative and competent. He was friendly and courteous and went right to work. I was pleased that he took the time to explain what he was doing and what would happen over the course of the next several days. He answered every question. I feel their fee was fair and competitive. The ants are gone but I was grateful for the 90 day warranty. I would highly recommend this local company for anyone's pest control needs. These are good, conscientious people!
