This all begins with the floor preparation (i.e. planetary grinding, removal of old coatings, stains and etc, shot blasting or bead blasting). Once concrete has been prepped correctly we then proceed with the coatings, sealers, stains or finishes of your choice. One item that we do not offer is the pouring and forming of concrete. It’s best for us to stay out of this area. If you need some recommendations please let us know. Another main focus is the removal of (carpet glue, mastic, old glue, stains, concrete sealer, cure & seal, sealer build up, old coatings, old oil stains and etc.) We have friendly chemicals to remove the above items or mechanically grinding. We also have company that we use to remove any unfriendly coatings (i.e. lead based paint, asbestos) according to State and Federal guidelines (i.e OSHA) Machines and tools are attached to a (two) vacuum system so we can keep the dust and debris to a minimum. One of our vacuums is a HEPA and the other has a filter system built into the machine. Saftey is an important part of our company. We require our staff, visitors and or sub contractors to wear protection (i.e PPOE) during the project. We carry professional grade fire extinguisher and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Company Standards Show up on time. Provide scope of work document. Keep customer informed. Inform customer of arrival time. Keep work area clean. Control dust and debris. Complete project in a timely manner.
