This is the most unprofessional and horrible real estate agency I have ever come across. Urgent warning to both buyers and seller please stay away from this agency if you want to have a professional buying or selling experience. Shane Adam is a snake oil salesman. He is extremely dishonest and will say anything to trap you as a buyer or seller. One more thing he is not a licensed broker, but he will try to tell you that he is a licensed broker. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH. He has hired a licensed broker name Lance Dicaire who has sold his sole to Shane and let him act like a broker. Both of these guys are a disgrace to the profession of real-estate and are being reported to Michigan State Board of Realtors.
