Pmd Co is a horrible company!! I rented a property from Pmd Co Chicago, IL (1343 N Wells St.) and everything about the experience was bad! They define what is means to be a shady company! If you are thinking of doing business with them, definitely look for alternatives, I am sure any other company would be a better choice!
