Be very carefull with this company. I currently live and own in one of his communities and to say the least it's sad the way he does business. He currently owns the HOA and will not turn it over to the psople of the community. By law you are to hold at least an annual HOA meeting in which there has never been one. Also all financial records and meeting records are suppose to be readily viewable to the lot owners but I never get any request fullfilled. The mas majority of the neighborhood has problems and are currently working together to push back but no lawyer will go against him. The lawyers seem very interested until Mr. Kings name is brought up. There is nothing to show for the money paid in to the HOA. We pay half of our HOA dues to a cable and internet company but get no service from it unless we pay out of pocket for it. To beat it all he is supposedly a retired veteran and this community is majority service members and he is taking advantage of them. When asking the small property management company he hired to sheild concerns from owners about issues they just appologize for the issues and say we will send him an email. Be very carefull when considering a home this developer is involved in as this developer, in the eyes if our community, does not care about anything but how to make an extra dollar.
