I have to agree with most of these other reviewers when I say that Charlotte Mold Remediation were absolute lifesavers to me and my family at a time where we really had no idea where to even begin to solve this issue. I had noticed some black mold along the grout of the tile in my bathroom. I had previously used a home test mold kit that was faintly positive for the dreaded black mold. Ron and his team was able to quickly reassure me that I did not have a mold problem, but did inform me on how I could take care of some problem areas to prevent mold and water leakage. I found Ron to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He identified a few problem areas that I had in the basement as well and recommended that I take care of them to prevent potential problems with moisture build up. I would definitely recommend this company for any restoration and mold removal job. They were honest and knew their business.

I was so pleased with the service provided from this company, I had to share my pleasant experience with others. From my 1st phone call to Ron, to my final inspection. Charlotte Mold Remediation was professional, honest, neat and thorough through the entire ordeal. After a lot of rain nearly destroyed my finished basement, it is now even better than back to normal. Within 2 days the basement was totally dehumidified and ready for renovation. The service was quick and impeccable even during the craziness of the bad weather. Many companies had answering services or didn't even offer a call back. . While they thoroughly examined my couch, they returned a gold bracelet to me that I had thought was lost. I was extremely touched by their honesty. I would highly recommend Charlotte Mold Remediation for all their services.
