Disgusting experience. Told the person who answered the call that I needed more information as this was a debt of late payment due to the death of my father. She asked for a death certificate which I immediately emailed. While emailing the document, she thought that she had placed me on mute, however, quite the contrary as I heard her tell one of her coworkers that she was on the phone with some a$$h0le. If that was an employee of mine, she would be immediately terminated! No second chances.
