Up front this company seems to have it together. As you use them for continued care their customer service quality quickly heads south. The owner is mouthy and has no compassion whatsoever. Her only concern is if she is going to get paid. I do not recommend this company at all. When it came down to the final days for my loved one she was rude, she is uncaring , and she fabricates whatever she needs to to make the family look bad instead of being sympathetic and understanding in our time of need. She has a very bad attitude and apparently someone in the past has stiffed them as far as payment and she carries that over to all of her other customers. I am not fond of being held hostage because of someone elses actions. Do not use this company.
