Stay away from Eye to Eye like the Bubonic Plague. Their business practices are very questionable. Recently, I ordered a pair of prescription glasses. I paid for the purchase in cash ($400 plus). I was told I did not need a receipt but fortunately, I did not leave the store until they provided one for me. When I went to pick up my prescription glasses the lenses were in a different frame than the frame that I had ordered. I insisted that Eye to Eye made an error and they disagreed. I refused to take delivery of the glasses and requested the frames that I had ordered. Eye to Eye told me that since it was buyerâs remorse and because the lenses were already created for the frames that I allegedly ordered I would need to eat the cost of the lenses. I tried to explain that they made an error. When I placed the order, I took a photo of myself on my phone wearing the frame I picked out to show a friend of mine. Even after I showed the sales person the photo, Eye to Eye did not want to return my money. Since they were out of stock of the frame I ordered and could not reorder the frame they wanted me to pick out another frame. This was not acceptable. I spent a considerable amount of time picking out my frame, they made an error, and then they wanted me to pay for their error. I was incensed at how they had treated me. Therefore, I demanded all of my money back. Again, they balked, so I threatened to contact the police if they did not comply with my request. Only then did they
