Customer service does not exist with these people. Spend your money with a company that won't treat you like you're inconveniencing them.

I would avoid Drain Masters at all cost. Their plumber came out, looked at my sink, and said he'd have to do more research on the kind of pipe that was leaking (something you'd think a plumber would already know). That was the last time I saw him. He just left and no one from his office ever returned my calls over the following weeks. They'd all tell me "Oh we'll look into that and call you right back." No one ever called me. I wasn't rude. I wasn't confrontational. They simply blew me off. Eventually I gave up and called my insurance company, who made sure to send a different contractor the next time. If you want a headache, call Drain Masters. If you want your problem fixed, call someone else.
