I would not recommend this contractor. He installed two sinks in my condo, and both leaked. The first sink leaked for over two months, and the contractor made three additional trips back before he fixed it. The second sink leaked for about three weeks, and he made two additional trips back before he fixed it. It was a matter of putting a sealant under the sinks, which he said was not necessary but ultimately did at my insistence. The county plumbing inspector told me that putting in the sealant was "Plumbing 101." The contractor was habitually late for our appointments and did not call to let me know. One time he was over three hours late. As he was leaving on the day of his final visit, he stood in the parking lot of my condo shouting at me not to test the sinks for leaks by using water.
