To: chatlist We have a gentleman knock at our door this week in Powell Place subdivision requesting to install a Peephole Door Viewer. He orginally said is cost $399. Then he said it cost $199. When we told him we would think about it, he said he could give us a deal and install it for $149. He pressured us and became hostile. We looked it up on the internet and the price was between $10-$15. We eventually had to call the sheriff. Beware. This guy has no warranty, guarantee. He wanted to give us a receipt on a piece of notebook paper and make the check out to him, not the business name "Look Who's Knocking". His name was George Berasi. He was driving a maroon 4 door chevy or pontiac. Not good recognizing types of vehicles. Buyer beware. He said the viewer was some high tech item with batteries and was solar powered. It is a piece of plastic. Just thought you should know.
