At Barr Architectural Studio we are Architects and General Contractors providing the most efficient means of project delivery through the Design-Buil Design-build (or design/build, and abbreviated D-B or D/B accordingly) is a construction project delivery system where, in contrast to "design-bid-build" (or "design-tender"), the design and construction aspects are contracted for with a single entity. The design-builder may be the design professional (architect) or General Contractor. The most efficient design-builder has design and construction professionals working directly for the same at-risk entity. Our in-house Design-Build approach enables us to enhance the design and construction services we provide to the point where the coordination process is streamlined yielding less problems during construction and generating savings for the Client. Ron Barr, A.I.A, Founder and Principal has more than 20 years of experience in Architecture and Construction throughout Florida and nine other states. Ron received his Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and went on to receive his General Contractors license shortly thereafter. As an Architect and General Contractor, Ron guides Clients through the technical and design aspects of their project. Ron has the ability to serve national clients with the continuity they expect project after project.
