I used All American Shredding Services 1 year ago and had the best experience. Now 1 year later I have had the worst experience with any company ever. I scheduled and they did a no show- no call. After 35 minutes of them being late I called All American Shredding Services to find out what happened, the whole time our company's owner had been waiting for them at our outdoor storage unit in the heat. I received the worst customer service. I was left on hold 30 minutes. Carmen who took my order kept asking me to hold on and when I said I had been holding long enough wasn't there any manager I could speak to and she kept saying can't you wait 10 more minutes and got mad when I said I'd already been on hold 10 minutes she replied everyone is outside and can't come to the phone even though 2 minutes prior she said that the dispatcher was on the phone and too busy with other calls to take my call. Then the manager finally got on the phone kept saying what they should have done yesterday to have avoided this mistake instead of telling me what they were going to do now to solve the problem immediately. I could tell she was embarrassed because she knew we were left hanging. The more furious I got at their lack of action the more disrespectful they got. The last person Alexandra, the dispatcher, who looks to be the main reason that none of this was done right, when I asked her will your team be there in 30 minutes she said no and kept trying to make excuses for her lack actions and lack of follow up, I listened to a bunch a lame excuses where she tried to shift the blame around her office and back to Carmen, it was obvious they were not going to fulfill this service request and really didn't care that my time and my bosses time was wasted and going to continue being wasted. I said "I'm done", Alexandra laughed out loud thinking it was funny instead of as pathetic as it was to loose a repeat customer. Never use All American Shredding Services because they are unreliable and have the worst team of employees who have no idea on what customer service means.
