The owner, Jerry Phillips, served four years in the U.S. Air Force in Law Enforcement, then ten years as a police officer and during that time served as Chief of Police in Edinboro, Pa. During that time Mr. Phillips has investigated hundreds of accidents and hundreds of criminal cases. We serve Erie, Crawford, Warren, Mercer, McKean, Forest, Venango and Clarion Counties
