I recently had sewage backing up into the basement of our rental property and discovered that I had a cracked sewer line. I got multiple estimates for replacing the sewer line. Then I found Global Pipe Systems online. The trenchless pipe lining method and material intrigued me, I called and asked questions. This was a no digging method and after speaking with the owner Tim Hawkins, I agreed to have his company come out and line our sewer pipes. Tim and I agreed on a price for the project which was comparable to the estimates I had gotten from other contractors who would have excavated my entire property and would have required me to remove fences and a deck. Tim agreed on a price sight unseen. As it turned out, the project was more difficult than expected, and I know Tim's company lost money on the project. He is a man of integrity, he stuck to his word on getting the job done, and never came back and asked for a price increase. I felt that his workers were honest and hard working, since I was there a lot asking questions. They were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and patiently answered my questions. I was very impressed with what I saw as far as the final product. Tim's quote to me included cleaning the line and taking a camera through before and after the project.
