We have known and worked with Steve at ProTech for over 18 years and via two different companies. Steve is an expert in the field of copiers and document management solutions. We have purchased many standard to fairly complex printing and scanning solutions through ProTech and have always gotten great products and very fair pricing. (We gave up shopping him after the first two years, no one could beat his pricing or service levels) Steve has always responded to service calls quickly and efficiently, and when times were tight he was able to find refurbished parts at discounts to help with budgeting concerns. There isn’t a company out there we trust more that ProTech and we have no intentions of looking anywhere else as we couldn’t possibly get better service or products than we do through Steve and ProTech copiers. I have been using Pro Tec for my copier needs for over 12 years. I have never had a problem, they have quick service response, and the copiers they sold me have been a work horse. If you need a copier or copier service, this is the place to call.
