Cheryl-- First of all, I'm not one to complain. Nonetheless, I have to tell you that I received the worst hair cut I've ever gotten from Brianna last Wednesday. My husband gasped when he looked at me when I got home. I asked Brianna to trim my hair, and she cut way too much off--a cut, rather than a trim. Then, she asked if I wanted my ears cut out. Yes. I didn't ask to have my sides cut short. So now, I have nothing left on the sides of my head, a tuft of curls on top. The sides aren't even. I'm particularly upset because I had no hair last summer due to chemo. Now, I look worse than I did with a wig. In the past six months I've had my hair cut in Florida, New Jersey, two places in Pennsylvania. I'm beyond dissatisfied. We're going on vacation next week, and I'm embarrassed to be seen, to tell you the truth. Sorry to complain, but I thought you might like the feedback. Emma Betta
