Steve is con artist. Seemed knowledgably. Wanted a $300 deposit to make appointment which I cashapp to him and after coming to my house asked for additional $1000 to "buy materials" . the excuses for not starting the job started right away., he showed up randomly once at 7pm and said he was still buying materials, after the 3 weeks of excuses and my 4th day of missing work I told him that it was apparent that he would not be able to start, let alone finish the job and told him he needed to start by tomorrow or kindly refund my $1300. He agreed to refund my money and 3 weeks later still has not done so. He has stopped answering my calls and looks like has no intentions of returning my money.
