Totally unwilling to work with you with the Coronavirus Pandemic. They will make payment arrangements but anything over 10 days still receives, fees, added interest and negative credit reporting. Very sad that a company like this doesn't care about their customers. Alot of us are out of work for a month or more until businesses can reopen. Don't get caught up in this company, unfortunately they purchased my loan from another company. It's just been downhill from there.
