Processor of deer,beef, and pork. I offer a full line of sausage products all custom made to order. All batches are kept seperate.
We have a deer cooler available for after hour drop off. All batches are indivually made so a minimum of 10 pounds of venison is needed to make a batch. Natural casings are used.
