This place does not even deserve one star; it is a POOR excuse for a business. Besides the dinky, WAY overpriced furniture that just got a trashy makeover with some paint, the warehouse the owner calls a store is nothing but a DIRTY and FILTHY garage. Furthermore, it is probably home to many bugs, INCLUDING BED BUGS. I recently purchased a used mattress from Paula's, a mattress that was guaranteed to be steam cleaned, (which to some extent probably was, but not long enough to kill all bacteria or bed bugs) and what do you know folks? I am now experiencing the worst of nightmares!- BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. And does the owner think she is responsible? Of course not. I will not be reimbursed for the useless bed, or for the costly extermination, and let's not even get on the subject of my mental health after dealing with all this! How cheap, inconsiderate, and UNPROFESSIONAL can you get "Paula?" I highly recommend that you do NOT look for furniture here, or even go inside the "store" for that matter. (And for you skeptics who think I could have gotten these bed bugs elsewhere- I purchased the bed and it was immediately sealed and transported to my brand spanking new apartment states away, where it remained that way until I arrived. Not even a week after I started to use it I began noticing tell-tale signs of bed bugs. Flipped the mattress and what do I see? AN INFESTATION. Bed bugs from all life stages, meaning the bed had a problem long before I bought it.)

I have furniture a Paula's. She has really Good buys. Stop and look at all the great things in stock. Sue Albert
