I asked my friend and neighbor if he would recommend a good plumber. He said unfortunately no he couldn't. He did warn me to never call Charlie at A to Z. He said that Charlie took a large down deposit and 5 months later still hasn't begun the work. he said that he I called multiple times asked to speak with him but was told he is in the field and we have no way to contact him.Eventually and again after many times he finally got Charlie on the phone. Charlie told him it is a problem with the department of buildings that will hopefully be resolved soon. to start soon. That was over a month ago and my friend is still waiting for A to Z to start the work.
