THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION This phone # belongs to Ray Walker of ABC Home Improvement/Electric. We had a door replaced by Ray and his crew. After the workers left we noticed they had cut the original casing and pieced it together with a rough cut scrap board 4" long that is 1/2" to short on the width on both sides of the door. No one would consider this acceptable. When brought to Ray, the owners attention, he said someone would be here the neext day. That was a week ago last Monday. We have tried for the last 9 days to get him to return to replace the boards. He has made appointments to return and either not called, not shown or when called - not returned the call or rescheduled just to not show up or call all over again. We got him to reschedule, he was due to be here 4/8 at 10:30 and again no show and no call, So today I post this so that others in the area will not be subjected to this lack of caring for the customer and taking ownership to stand behind the work you were paid for.
