If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. My son was on this bus company route for 6 weeks and in those 6 weeks, the bus was late 2-3 times a week - Over 30 minutes late each time and no excuse other than blaming the driver as a no show or the bus broke down etc. Completely unreliable, inconsistent and unprofessional. The Bronx location is completely incompetent. The drivers do not contact the base to let them know they are late causing the parents like myself calling every day to see if the bus will show up. Worst company ever. My sons education is extremely important to me regardless of his ability. My son happens to have special needs and missing school or being late, not his routine can result in setbacks. This company doesn’t care about the children they are transporting. If my son ever gets assigned to this company again, I will make sure OPT takes him off. Unacceptable. Lack of drivers and competent employees.

porfavor a la presidenta o presidente de esta compañia que le de entrenamiento a las k toman las llamadas y a las que recoje los niños de como tratar a las personas y como hablarles aobre todo, que si no tienen paciencia para trabajar o van a llevar sus problemas personales al trabajo que busquen trabajo en un zoologico ahi estarian perfectas mal eduacadas y mal habladas algunas..
