Save your time and money Dr. Rosenbaum was court appointed for my custody evaluation in 2017. If a judge in your divorce case recommends him, RUN the other way as fast as you can. I met with Dr Rosenbaum in March 2018. He stated the evaluation would cost $20,000 and be completed in 2 months. $29,000 later, he left for vacation three times to his house in Hawaii for 4-5 weeks each time. One year later ( his report was in hand March 2019). His report was so outrageously wrong another evaluator was hired to rebut his report. Dr Rosenbaum charged me $900 to copy his notes for my custody eval. He does not have a secretary to copy his notes so I had to pay him $450 an hour to copy his notes. There is no bias in this review , only the facts. So please do yourself and your wallet a favor and NEVER use Dr. Rosenbaum for your child custody evaluation.
