Eric Froman
CPS agreed that they owe me a refund, but they hold the money for 60 days. It's now been about 90 days and they refuse to take my calls or answer my emails. I'm reporting them to the Department of Commerce and Attorney General's Office. Call me, CPS! - Eric

This company is terrible. Byron NEVER returns calls or emails. Kendra, Mark & Bonnie are just as rude. They never sound happy & no one at The company EVER follows up on maintenance requests or needs. NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE CAN RETURN A CALL!! We have gutters hanging off the buildings, we have huge pot holes, we have lights that do not work, we have irrigation that does not work, rock border around ponds are falling in, dumpsters falling apart and/or vandalized, shutters missing or faded, busted garage doors, etc. Just drive thru Hawthorne Lakes in Hilliard Ohio. Take 70 west to Hilliard-Rome Rd., Exit south on Hilliard -Rome Rd, Turn right on Feder Rd, then left at the gazebo on to Hartford Village Blvd. After 4 way stop make second right turn on to Cedar Springs. You have arrived at a CPS property. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR BOARD TO USE CPS!!! You will be sorry!!
