No. I don't recommend Brittany Place Condos. The infrastructure is in gross decline and the buildings are infested. There is no guest parking. If a car is located in the lots with out a Brittany Place parking sticker, which indicates it is registered at that address, no sticker? then the car is towed. The only available guest parking is on Falcon St and Goebbert St. and then it must be called into the Arlington Heights Police Department or else you will get ticketed.
