This was my boyfriends second visit @ Dr. Shama s office... This doctor seems fine, alittle rushed even though he just had a procedure done. The doctor actually didn t even introduce himself -- didnt know if he was even the doctor till the end of procedure! The receptionist(s) are the real problem, mis-informed, terrible customer service, down right rude -- especially for someone who is a newer patient to the office. Also, patient before him seemed to be in a lot of pain and the nurse who let him out into waiting room couldn t even hold the door for the poor guy :( they could make the patients feel welcome and comfortable. Im sorry you hate your job but this is peoples spines!
