WOW! Talk about great customer service! My father and I went to the MVD NOW office with a very complicated situation. We needed to register a vehicle and change the name on the title. Sounds simple, right? Except the vehicle had a handicap license plate and was part of a complicated trust. One of the people in the trust had passed away. And did I mention that it had been titled in Colorado? After spending THREE hours at the state MVD, we were told "You will have to go to Colorado and have them fix it.". In desperation we went to MVD NOW for help. In less than 15 minutes we had a New Mexico registration, a title with the name changed, the form to send to Santa Fe for the handicap plate and a brand new New Mexico license plate! Eber Renteria, the store manager, made this complicated transaction seem simple. I joined their membership program and will definitely be back. It is great to know that I NEVER have to go to the State MVD again!!
