Great place to live if you like prison where you do what your told dont ask questions and dont ask or expect anything in return. If you need something fixed you have to wait three weeks or send a certified letter to the manager. If you do have to go into the office for something take a deep breath and prepare for serious attitude. Do not rent here one weed and you have a 5 day notice they will pick at everything you do, they will stalk you. Management lives on property and will routinely drive around the park looking for anything to complain about. They watch out the office window for you to come home and as soon as they see you drive in they jump on their golfcart and harrass you before you can even get in your door. This has been the worst rental experience of my life. I am trying to buy a house to get out of here and they have done everything they can to stop me. They refuse to verify anything, They are unethical and borderline illegal. I have done my best to comply with all the rules keep my lot clean and when they tell me something needs to be done I do it however, I do not get that respect in return.
