Spiritual and community services New Horizon Church serves the community by providing spiritual services as well as food and clothing for the community. As an outreach ministry, New Horizon Church also operates under the banner of the Community Enrichment Incubator (C.e.i.). As such, the C.E.I. is storehouse to programs and projects aimed at serving the community. Programs include such services as community referral to assistance and support organizations and agencies, youth music, arts and media instruction and programs of community self-sufficiency.
