Unfortunately this company is not capable. I normally use other shippers but they were backed up with business. Newport was not. (that should have told me something). Anyway they did not respond to phone calls or emails. It took almost 8 days once I accepted the bid, to have the actually come pick up the product!!! Then it took another 8 days to crate it up and eventually ship. Don't bother trying to talk to them, they rarely answer their phone and just get nasty and defensive. Thankfully there are many options of more capable shippers. Save yourself the money and time... go elsewhere!
