Martin Tonconi DBA Kitchens by Design took a remodeling job with us. He used the trust that we gave him to collect a substantial amount upfront and stalled the job as soon as he got all the money he could and then abandoned the job. We got small claim notices from the plumber and electrician for non-payment, while Mr Tonconi was given enough money to pay all his subcontractors (electrician, plumber, AC).
