I used this Jewelry store for custom engraving. I was very dissatisfied with the workmanship and disappointed that the owner allowed me to walk out with scratches all over the lighter, stating "oh it would have happened anyways, it scratches easy" Well in my opinion if something is going to be scratched it should be done by the consumer NOT the engraver. I hope this story ends well, because I am giving him a chance to make it right for this consumer. This lighter was purchased as a gift. I will post the outcome of my story tonight. I have lived in Glendora since 1965 and I would hope that the owner of Desire Jewelry takes pride in his work as well as treating the locals of Glendora with respect and loyalty.
